A new page has been added to the Drexel Woods HOA website! Check out the Photo Albums page to see pictures from our community events, such as the community hikes to the river from April and October. Check back for more albums in the future.

The updated architectural guidelines, including changes for white windows and second story decks, have been posted to the Documents and Forms page. Please contact the board at hoa_mailbox@drexelwoods.com if you have any questions about the updated guidelines. Homeowners must continue to submit an Architectural Change Request (ACR) form prior to making changes to the exterior of the home. The ACR form can also be found on the Documents and Forms page.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the community vote to determine whether to amend the architectural guidelines to include white windows and second-story decks. Of the votes received, the majority voted in favor of both amendments. Use the link below to view the updated guidelines pertaining to windows (including the associated painting and caulking changes) and shutter size. The Board is still working to finalize the second-story deck guidelines and will make them available as soon as possible. At that time, a new version of the architectural guidelines, including all changes, will be updated to the website.
